Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at team@curvymoonshop.com with your order number and reason for the return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at team@curvymoonshop.com, and we’ll make it right.
